• Handling customer payments
• Daily reconciliation
• Customer invoices / credit memo issuance
• General admin support

General Job Duties:
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and credit Insurance
• Customer chargebacks dispute and tracking
• Provide administrative support and office supplies management
• Employee records management, Benefits Administration, Payroll assistance
Requirements:
• AR and HR / Admin experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility in adapting to changes in company needs and projects
• Bilingual in Korean is a plus
