FIT TECH
- Salary: starting from $60,000 / Gross ~ based on experience and performance
- At least 5 years of experience in the fit process.
- Strong knowledge of pattern and garment construction
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
- Coordinate and execute photo shoots with the photographer and design teams to update social channels
- Fit comments and fit specifications to guide production teams
- Taking detailed measurements and notes on fit and design issues
- Communicating with overseas vendors and factories to ensure that our fit standards are met
COMPANY SALES
- Salary: Base salary $60,000 (Gross) + Commission
- 5+ years of company sales experience with own sales accounts preferred
(Please list up your account on your resume - exclude Windsor, Fashion Nova, Lulus, Buckle, F21)
- Attend & travel for out of state meetings (Must be eligible to travel)
- Need good relationships with customers and excellent communication skills
- Must be an efficient multi-tasker, organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide feedback to production
- Keen eye for trendy fashion
- Manage sales order details and buyer notes in an organized manner using all tools available
- Must be fluent in English (Korean and Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel
Design Assistant Position
- Starting Salary $35,000 - $45,000
- Fashion design school graduates with 1+ years’ experience
- Sketching, technical drawing, and sample development
- Develop new designs, spec packs, and detailed layouts
- Assist Designer with a variety of tasks
- Coordinate and collaborate with the production team
- Preserve design works and sheets for future reference
- Modify design specifications to meet market trends
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledgeable of garment construction and manufacturing processes
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
