E-commerce Specialist
Salary: $70K and up per year (Depending on experience / qualification)
Job Description
Manage orders from Fashiongo, Faire, Amazon, Walmart and Shopify.
Prompt response to customer inquiries
Manage Amazon FBA inventory
Create product listing on all marketplace channels
Work with outsourced agencies to increase brand website traffic
Issue purchase order to vendors
Manage warehouse and maintain constant inventory level
Monitor advertising on all channels
Monitor amazon product reviews and traffic
Manage Amazon Store front, Walmart store front and Shopify front page
Work with Design department to create new product deliveries
Qualification
• Ability to multi-task
• Work in the fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to speak English/ Korean
• Basic knowledge in SEO technology
Graphic Designer / Contents Creator
Salary: Hourly rate $24.00/Hour and up (Depending on experience / qualification)
Responsibilities:
• Proficient in basic design programs (Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom)
• Knowledge of all Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Ability to adapt easily in a fast-paced team environment and balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Experience with digital/Email marketing and copywriting
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Assistant Designer
Salary: Hourly rate $22.00/Hour and up (Depending on experience / qualification)
• No experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in design or fine arts, or college degree in fashion related field
• Computer sketching and CAD skills using illustrator and photoshop
• Bilingual: English/Korean Plus.
Import Production
Salary: Hourly rate $26.00 and up (Depending on experience / qualification)
• Import production experience. (3~5years)
• Denim experience is a plus
• Knowledge of garment Fabric & Trim
• Korean / English (bilingual)
• General knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing process
• Detail oriented, highly organized and have strong communication skills
Production Assistant
Salary: Hourly rate $20.00/Hour and up (Depending on experience / qualification)
Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Strong administrative skills in following up with production duties
• Organized, attention to detail and good communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
Additional Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):
• Graduation from High School or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Bilingual preferred (English and Korean)
